    Tea & Coffee Powders / Sasha Packets – Available for shipping worldwide.
    Vending Machines – Available only in Kerala, as we provide servicing and maintenance within the state.
  2. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time
    Within Kerala (Tea, Coffee Powders & Vending Machines) – 3-5 business days.
    Within India (Tea & Coffee Powders Only) – 5-7 business days.
    International Orders (Tea & Coffee Powders Only) – 7-15 business days (depending on customs clearance and local delivery policies).
  4. Shipping Charges
    Within Kerala – Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000, otherwise standard shipping rates apply.
    Within India – Shipping charges vary based on order weight and location.
    International Shipping – Charges depend on destination and weight. Any applicable customs duties or taxes must be borne by the customer.
  5. Tracking Information
    Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email.
    Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.
  6. Delivery Issues & Delays
    While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances.
    In case of a delay beyond the estimated delivery time, customers can contact our support team.
  7. Damaged or Missing Items
    If an order arrives damaged, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with images of the damaged item.
    For missing items, notify us within 48 hours for verification and resolution.
  8. Change of Shipping Address
    Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.
